DELIVERY RULES
Same Day Deliveries Orders must be received by 13h00 (CET) for guaranteed same day deliveries, however, same day deliveries may still be possible for orders received after 13h00. We will let you know if we are unable to deliver your order on the same day. We deliver daily during office hours and on Saturdays. Orders must be received by 12h00 on a Saturday for same-day deliveries. Some deliveries only take place in the afternoon.Please do not phone or email us for a specific time of delivery unless it is essential.Please be patient.
Sunday & Public Holiday Delivery Sunday and public holiday deliveries are also possible as some of our florists are open for business. However, if we are unable to deliver on the Sunday or Public holiday, then we will get in touch with the recipient to forward your message and make suitable delivery arrangements when we re-open shop.
Remote and/or outback areas There is a possibility that we might have to contact the recipient to make suitable arrangements for delivery. Please note that our florists in small or remote areaswe may need to substitute colour or cuts of flowers, especially if you order at short notice.
Nobody home at time of delivery Should nobody be home at time of delivery, we will make contact with the recipient and make suitable delivery arrangements.
Most flowers on our catalogue are available all year round. Some containers and cuts of flowers and colours might be unavailable at short notice,especially in smaller towns and remote areas, in which case we will substitute the best we can.In this instance the appearance of the arrangement might differ from the picture on the website.
Please note that some flowers are out of season at times or in short supply due to seasonal effects on crops (especially with regard to roses, lilies and the mixed flower arrangements) and we make up to the best of our ability to match the colour and types of flowers and shape of containers, according to availability.
Courier Orders We courier some of our flower orders overnight to certain outlying towns. Our couriers do not drive overnight on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. In this instance, we might deliver your flowers a day earlier or a day later than requested.
Incorrect/Missing Information Incorrect or missing information supplied, can result in a non-delivery. In this case you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee.
Delivery delays due to payment processing No deliveries will be made before your payment reflects in our bank account, unless you are a guaranteed account holder.This applies when you choose to do a manual deposit or EFT payment directly into our FNB bank account. For this reason, please request your bank to clear and pay the funds immediately.

Special Requests Due to large volumes we might not be able to attend to special requests, queries or general emails from 13th February to 15th February. Please order from the website.
Rose colour shortages due to high demand. We may need to substitute roses with another colour to the same value should our rose supply for your choice colour be depleted.
Orders placed on Valentine's Day There is a possibility that your order might have to be delivered the next day if you order on Valentines Day itself. This is due to large volumes and/or we might run out of roses during the course of the day.
