DELIVERY RULES

Same Day Deliveries
Orders must be received by 13h00 (CET) for guaranteed same day deliveries, however, same day deliveries may still be possible for orders received after 13h00.
We will let you know if we are unable to deliver your order on the same day.
We deliver daily during office hours and on Saturdays.
Orders must be received by 12h00 on a Saturday for same-day deliveries.
Some deliveries only take place in the afternoon. Please be patient.
Sunday & Public Holiday Delivery
Sunday and public holiday deliveries are also possible as some of our florists are open for business. However, if we are unable to deliver on the Sunday or Public holiday, then we will get in touch with the recipient to forward your message and make suitable delivery arrangements when we re-open shop.
Remote and/or outback areas
There is a possibility that we might have to contact the recipient to make suitable arrangements for delivery.
Please note that our florists in small or remote areaswe may need to substitute colour or cuts of flowers, especially if you order at short notice.
Nobody home at time of delivery
Should nobody be home at time of delivery, we will make contact with the recipient and make suitable delivery arrangements. In this instance the appearance of the arrangement might differ from the picture on the website.
Most flowers on our catalogue are available all year round.
Some containers and cuts of flowers and colours might be unavailable at short notice, especially in smaller towns and remote areas, in which case we will substitute the best we can. In this instance the appearance of the arrangement might differ from the picture on the website.
Eskom Power Outages
There is a possibility that your order might be delayed in case of power outages.

Dear Kariemah and Liane, I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service. With my grandmothers 85th birthday approaching and having a heart failure a few days before her birthday I thought it best to send her a bouquet of pink flowers to make up for not been there to celebrate her special day. In all anticipation I was waiting for the call to say thank you for the flowers but without any hope the day passed and I had to call and just wish her happy birthday without flowers...Calling Liane she got on the case and said that the flowers will be delivered on Tuesday. So as a precaution I called Tuesday to confirm that the flowers will be delivered and in all excitement I was waiting for the text message only to find out that again no delivery was made. With all your help the flowers was finally delivered Wednesday. But the best part came on Thursday when another delivery came to say sorry and to show what good service was all about including a discount and box chocolates! It goes without saying I lost hope but you have certainly rise to the occasion, and for that I have to say sorry that I doubt you but thank you for showing that you pride yourselves in delivering good service! I am really pleased with the attention to detail and understanding that I have received from you both. I just wanted to thank you for accommodating my request to deliver flowers to my daughter today. The person that deserves special mention is Karima (sp?) because I could hear that you were busy and also that it is a mission to take orders manually vs via the Internet. I went through a nightmare starting from just past 11am when I tried to book flowers via Netflorist and the whole order had been concluded (or so I thought) but my screen just hung on the message saying please don�t leave this page.... processing.... and when it still said this 20 mins later I realised that the order probably wasn�t processed. By the time I had gone through the whole order process AGAIN - only to have the same thing happen to me, I decided to phone them for help - only to have them say that SORRY there�s no way they will deliver on the same day (because their cut-off is 12 noon)!! SO, when I contacted you in a panic (because my daughter is only in hospital for the day - she�s having the top of her pinkie cut off because it was crushed in an accident) and Karima helped me I was VERY grateful! It�s nice to see that there are still people who care! Thanks so much Rene Marx
