I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service.
With my grandmothers 85th birthday approaching and having a heart failure a few days before her birthday I thought it best to send her a bouquet of pink flowers to make up for not been there to celebrate her special day. In all anticipation I was waiting for the call to say thank you for the flowers but without any hope the day passed and I had to call and just wish her happy birthday without flowers…Calling Liane she got on the case and said that the flowers will be delivered on Tuesday. So as a precaution I called Tuesday to confirm that the flowers will be delivered and in all excitement I was waiting for the text message only to find out that again no delivery was made. With all your help the flowers was finally delivered Wednesday. But the best part came on Thursday when another delivery came to say sorry and to show what good service was all about including a discount and box chocolates!
It goes without saying I lost hope but you have certainly rise to the occasion, and for that I have to say sorry that I doubt you but thank you for showing that you pride yourselves in delivering good service!
I am really pleased with the attention to detail and understanding that I have received from you both. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale.

|I just wanted to thank you for accommodating my request to deliver flowers to my daughter today.
The person that deserves special mention is Karima (sp?) because I could hear that you were busy and also that it is a mission to take orders manually vs via the Internet.
I went through a nightmare starting from just past 11am when I tried to book flowers via Netflorist and the whole order had been concluded (or so I thought) but my screen just hung on the message saying please don’t leave this page.... processing.... and when it still said this 20 mins later I realised that the order probably wasn’t processed. By the time I had gone through the whole order process AGAIN - only to have the same thing happen to me, I decided to phone them for help - only to have them say that SORRY there’s no way they will deliver on the same day (because their cut-off is 12 noon)!!
SO, when I contacted you in a panic (because my daughter is only in hospital for the day - she’s having the top of her pinkie cut off because it was crushed in an accident) and Karima helped me I was VERY grateful!
It’s nice to see that there are still people who care!
